Visa, MasterCard or American Express are acceptable forms of payment. Entry fees will not be refunded if the winery or agent fails to ship the required samples by the deadline, or enters wine with duty or importation charges owing. Vancouver magazine is excited to announce the partnership with Vancouver Wine Vault as the official consolidation point for the competition. With a convenient downtown location and large loading dock, delivery of your wines will be easier than ever before. Please ensure all of your boxes are labelled VANCOUVER MAGAZINE and that you complete and include the supplied packing list with your submissions. Receiving hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Samples sent outside the specified delivery times and consolidation dates will not be accepted.   If you are sending your samples via local courier please ensure your wines are packed to ensure minimal chance of damage during transportation. If your samples are coming from outside BC please pack the wine in proper shipping containers and be sure to complete the appropriate shipping and/or customs forms. The winery or agent (sender) is responsible for ensuring the wine arrives safely. If damage occurs in transit, the package will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense. All taxes, duties and shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender. .
