Fees can be paid by credit card when submitted with an online entry. Fees can also be paid by cheque sent to: Vancouver magazine’s International Wine Competition c/o Coletta Consultants Ltd 1193 West 23rd Street North Vancouver, BC, V7P 2H2 Attention: Julian Scholefield Deadline: September 30, 2009. SHIP WINE SAMPLES Please have your wine samples delivered to the address listed above. If you are sending your samples via local courier please ensure your wines are packed to ensure minimal chance of damage during transportation. If your samples are coming from outside BC please pack the wine in proper shipping containers and be sure to complete the appropriate shipping and/or customs forms. The winery or agent (sender) is responsible for ensuring the wine arrives safely. If damage occurs in transit, the package will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense. All taxes, duties and shipping fees are the responsibility of the sender.
