Dave Smith is the Wine Buyer for Everything Wine, the largest private wine retailer in British Columbia. Dave began his journey down the vinous path, 12 years ago after taking a life-changing wine course with the Culinary institute of America in Napa Valley, California. Over the years he has gone from managing boutique wine stores to handling the Wine Buying for the Everything Wine family of stores. The passion for wine has taken Dave to wine regions all across the globe; a ‘perk’ of his job that has instilled with him a better understanding of the work that goes into producing this beautiful product.
