Park's career in wine began at Bridges way back in the early 80's under the expert tutilage of wine Guru Richard Harvey.
Since then Park has studied and worked in Europe and all over Canada.Park is currently the co-owner and founder of the Memphis Blues BBQ House restaurant chain.
In 1992, Park co-founded and ran the Vancouver Wine Academy, a wine training school for industry professionals.
