Local chefs have embraced this country’s food with its mix of European-style and South American tradition. Be prepared for a hospitable evening with family-style service and Chilean winemakers at your table. Expect fresh-from-the-oven baked empanadas and  sopaipillas with salsas; sexy seviches; towers of seafood; wood-grilled meats; and of course, manjar (aka dulce de leche) and fruit-laden meringues — all paired with Chile’s au courant wines. Winemaker Dinner

A select group of Vancouver restaurants located within close proximity to the Sutton Place has been handpicked to participate in this first of its kind event. Participating restaurants are partnered with two or three of the participating wineries and will create a family style meal complementing the wines. Choose your favourite restaurant and winery pairing and enjoy an evening of delicious wines and food hosted by the visiting winery principals.
