Named for the year the club was founded, 1892, Terminal
City Club’s sumptuous fine dining room, opened following extensive renovations
to the Club in October 2008. Led by the talented Director of
Restaurants/ Sommelier Teresa Alampur and award-winning Executive Chef Jason
Lloyd, 1892 has quickly become a favourite for Terminal City Club members and
hotel guests alike. 1892 began with a clear vision; to provide the highest
quality food from the freshest ingredients. Our relationship with local organic
gardeners and suppliers ensures we can offer the very best of seasonal and local
ingredients which our skilled kitchen brigade will bring to your plate with
